1. Can i get a sample for quality checking?

Yes! We provide free samples for pickleballs. You just need pay shipping fee.

2. Will massive products same as samples?

Yes, the samples are from massive production too. So if you buy bulk orders, quality will be same.

Orders & Purchases

1. How can I place an order?

You can pick products from our catalogue, then tell our sales quality. We will make PI for you. If PI ok, then you make payment. When payment arrive our bank account, we will ship products out in 1 week.

2.How many days for shipment?

Normally 5-7 days for products preparing. Then 5-7 days for shipment.

3. Can we get discount?

Yes! For regular customers, we can give 5% discount.

Shipping & Tracking

1. How do you ship?

We can ship via customers' forwarder. or ship via our forwarder. Mainly shipping by UPS/Air/Sea.

2. How to track my order?

Our sales will provide shipping waybill or tracking number to you.

3. What documents will you provide?

We will provide Commercial Invoice & Packing List once products shipped.
